Hello,

I have a Suzuki DT75 that is putting out 17.8 volts at wide open throttle. I never noticed this issue in the previous 2 years of ownership because I hadn't installed my fishfinder until this last month. I set the lowrance to show the voltage on the main screen, which at rest shows 12.8 or 13.0 with battery tender on. But when running down the lake, it shows 17.8.

I have the repair manual for the boat, and it says how to test the recitifier (which I believe is all they put in the boat - no regulator), but here's my issue, I can't find it. I took the cover off the IC Ignition housing, and couldn't find what I think should be the recitifier. I also couldn't find a diagram to show where this should be in the manual.

Is there a possibility my DT75 didn't come with one? If not, where should this be located, and what generally does it look like. I know there are 4 wires coming out of it, black, red, yellow and white I believe, but I didn't see anything with those colors.

Thanks in advance for you help.
