Having a issue with a 3.0 mercruiser
The boat will run great in the driveway but as soon as I put the boat in the water and get under way It will just die out and have trouble restarting If It starts at all. Then when I get It back home It starts and runs fine. I put a water/fuel seperator filter on It and also rebuilt the carb, It also has a recent tune up. It Is running alot better since carb rebuild but when It goes in the water it idles fine around 500-600 r.p.m and as soon as I get under way It bogs out and then eventually dies out. I am at wits end and want to get the boat running right before it is put away for the winter. Thank you for any advice.
