I bought a 1991 20 hp Merc The motor turns way to easy,If I let go it turns to the left by itself.There is suppose to be a handle that makes it tight,but it's not there under the tiller part of the handle.How hard is it to replace it and can all the parts be ordered.What parts are needed if it can be fixed.Maybe the motor was used with a console and the guy never put back the parts when the tiller was put back on?? What do you think?????
