Its an 86 115hp Mercury, I bought a new switch also, But i guess i should have tested for power before i went and did that!!

Is there any fuses on the outboard? It would seem there is a fuse that stoped the power from coming to the switch!!

Also there is no power for the power tilt!!

Is there a fuse that is hidden?

Ok I found the fuse and it is ok... I found a hot wire under the console that appeared to be pulled off the key switch harness.. I hooked it up the the one wire that appeared to have a wire in it.. Well it cranks, but real slow!! also the tilt/trim was clicking, but it stoped and doesnt nothing now!! Any Ideas?

you would seem to have bad or dirty connections somewhere between the battery and the motor and the ign switch and the PTT Switch. You might clean all connections and maybe things will improve. I cannot help further without some specifics.

By all means check all your connections. If no problems noted have your battery load tested.
