Default seawater in forward bilge area

Just bought a 245 new and I find that I have water collect in the forward bilge after we run in heavier seas, (Not enough to bury the bow) The dealership can't find the cause so we are not sure what to do, does anyone have any suggestions ?

Two things I'd look at. One would be the bow hook ( or eye ) and the other would be underneath the rub rail. If the caulking comes off or otherwise gets loose the water will pour right in.
Is your model equipped with the bow ladder? Might be another point to look at as well.

I found the problem... When they built the boat they ran the bilge hoses fwd and aft as well as the shower drain straight in and down in the bilge. With only 6 inches from the drain and the water line any water splashing again the side ran down the hose into the bilge. I installed a anti siphon loop in the lines and no water at all in the bilge. What a STUPID design...
