question about buying a new or used boat

Hello, i'm new here and i have some questions.

i have never had a boat and i'm thinking on buying a new or used boat that could be a sea-doo 15' speedster.

question:

1- used or new?
2- good place to go a buy in miami, fl or close by (FLL / WPB )?
3- how much is the insurance for this boat?
4- where can i keep as i don't have the SUV to move it? a cheap marine, i'm in miami, fl.
5- do you know much the storage is?
6- any other sugs , please let me know.

iwould suggest buying a real boat. that is a glorified jet ski. that boat will beat you to death, insurance depends on the loan amount that is covered, where it is kept. what do you have for a tow vehicle? you will have to decide if you want it in a marina, in the water, or rack storage, or on a trailer, at home, or a storage lot. you also have to consider fuel for use, and maintainance cost.
