How to tilt Yamaha 115

Hi, I have a 1990 Yamaha 115 with power tilt/trim. As I have no power to the motor yet I wanted to know if there's a way to tilt the motor manually. It's bolted to the transom but has no controls or electrical hooked up yet. Any help would be much appreciated.

there is a screw on the starboard side of the motor bracket(at the bottom) back it out(use a wide blade screwdriver) it might take two people
