transom on FD

can anyone tell me the thickness of the origanal transom wook on an alumacraft FD? I jus bought one and the guy had taken the origanal transom wood off and replaced it with green treated 3/4 inch ply. I have read that green treat and aluminum should not be in contact so I want to replace it. Also 3/4 inch does not seem thick enough to me but I could be wrong.

thanks river I will try to get some pics up for you by sunday, it is in pretty good shape. the only thing that is driving me nuts is that some fool put a stupid fish decal were the alumacraft decal is on yours. I plan to leave it all original except of course for new transom wood.
