Hello from england, I have just serviced the cooling system and replaced the impeller, pump housing etc the full kit.Now water pours from the hole where the shift rod enters the lower unit.The lower unit has been dismantled 3 times to check that the water pipe is fully installed yet the problem persists.Can any one help? You will need to pull the power head, check the water tube seal .If the water tube pulled out while dropping the lower it could have been cut when you installed the lower back up onto the motor.
