I've lost power to everything in my boat except those components that are wired directly into the battery system. I know the batteries are okay and I replace the switch just to check...no change. My shorepower is normal, the emergency switch is not engaged (should start okay).

Any idea what I should try next before I have a real mechanic take the trip to the marina?

Check your negative cable that bolts to the motor. Take it off, clean it really good and replace.
Install a new cable if you have any doubts about its condition.
