I have a 93 200 hp merc outboard w/EFI. Not used all this summer. Tried to run engine and it started fine. Appears that it will not rev above 3200 rpm. Suspect injecter porblem. will fuel additive help? Afraid to run engine very long incase it might not be oiling the pistons. Engine has a new Engine Block with less than 10 hours on it. Blew the old engine up 2 years ago. Any suggestions?
