Hi,

I'm running a 94 Johnson 115 on a 20' seaswirl open bow. The other day, I was pulling some friends on a wakeboard, and at one point, while not paying attention, the rope managed to get under the boat. It then got wrapped around the prop. I went under and unwrapped the rope from the propeller and it came free pretty easily. After the incident we continued like normal, and while pulling again under full throttle, a clicking sound came from the rear (not sure if engine or prop) and then the motor cut off. It cranked right up again so I didin't think anything of it until it did it again about 10min later. It was getting dark by the time we got the boat out of the water so I was unable to do a visual inspection of the prop area. Any ideas?

Thanks in advance for any help!

Don't know why the engine cut but I'd pull the prop to check for rope strands in the seal.
