Help - does anyone know who bought out Vanguard Boats?

We ran into an issue with our Vanguard boat and are in desperate need of getting in touch with the company that owns them. They were based in Winnepeg Canada but are now nowhere to be found.
Any info would be hugely appreciated!!

I did some searching and can find nothing. Are you sure someone bought them? Boat building companies often just go out of business.

When was your boat built?

If it's Vanguard Sailboats, that company was absorbed by LaserPerformance, which has a website at:

http://www.laserperformance.com/main/

They're based in Rhode Island in the USA.

If it's not Vanguard Sailboats, I don't know.

Hello there, Vanguard was taken over by Raider boats in the mid to late 90s. I cannot find any listings for Raider in Winnipeg MB (Their original location.) I have a Vanguard as well, the company I bought it from is still in business in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. You could try them, the company is called Rainbow Marine. Ph 780 455 8480. Good Luck.
