Can anyone help with a link for a manual to suit a 1994 90hp V4 evinrude outboard,

No such critter, Vic. You need to invest the bux for the paper version.

Actually, there is a pdf version of the manual. I picked it up on eBay. I'm not sure whether the copy I have is "legit", but I suspect that it's probably not.

That being said, I would much prefer the paper copy and have thus ordered one. I'll let you know how it compares to my paper copy after I get it.

I received my paper Seloc manual and it appears that the pdf manual offered on eBay is a scanned copy of the Seloc manual. My guess would be that it is an "illegal" copy.
