Faria digital depth sounder alarm prob

my depth finder alarm keeps beeping twice every couple of minutes or so. I took it into the shop and they said they fixed the "keel setting" but it still sounded off when we got it back into the water regardless of deep/shallow. we read the owners manual and tried to fix it but there must be something we're missing. any suggestions?? :confused: thanks in advance... jennifer

Do you have it set for a shallow water or a deep water warning? That's the only time mine beeps, when the alarm is set to go off. Make sure all the depth warnings are turned off.

You are sure it's the depth finder, not the warning beeper for the boat's motor?
