I have a problem with the throttle?carb? The engine starts idles and will troll but will not wind up full throttle it still stays at idle (a little more fast idle) but will not wind up or go fast. It was tuned , and has been setting for a while but no gas in carb when stored? It took a while to start and then noticed no full speed. linkage? carb need cleaning ? adjustment? it has work flawless always so am stumpped this time.
