I want to pull my prop and inspect to be sure fishing line is not building up behind my prop. A friend just lost his lower unit because of this. Can someone provide some guidance, or is it that simple. Also, I want to replace the cotter pin since it has already been bent once; what size is the cotter pin? Can't find anythinmg anywhere specific to a Yamaha.
