Do I need any permits to tow a 31' long 10' beam boat in FL?

Try this number: (850) 410-5777 They may really be geared to commercial one time permits, but they might be able to help you.

You realize that with the year long overwidth permit you are not allowed to tow on Sundays or at night, right?

Yeah, it's not a very expensive permit. And I would never advocate breaking the law, but my father has towed a 10'3" wide Chaparral Signature 300 on a triple axle trailer all over Florida for the past 6 years and never been stopped once. And I mean on I4from Tampa to Daytona, down I95 to Stuart, down 75 to Sarasota, and all places in between.
