HELP expediting boat title and registration

Hey guys I bought a boat a month ago and neither PA Boat and Fish Commission or Penndot (trailer) have sent new title and registration yet.
Penndot is working on it and PA Boat and Fish is going to look for my paperwork....is there anyway to expedite this????I can go in person if need be....I am upgrading already to a bigger boat and selling mine maybe Fri. and need this done ASAP.

Can I even sell boat when I just have the Temp registration???

Where in PA are you located? I work right up the street from the main fish and boat commission headquarters in Harrisburg so I was able to go there to do the registration when I bought my boat. My boat was untitled, and never registered by the previous owner. They were very helpful and gave me a temp sticker immediately while they made an attempt to contact the last registered owner. So if you can get to their main office they should be able to help you out.
