I just purchased this motor as a repower on my boat. I rigged the boat myself it was fairly easy as the old motor was a 110 evinrude. I did not get the owners manual for the controls (I did order a repair manual though) and I am unsure what the dial knob under the key-tether is for. You can spin it but i am unsure where it is sopposed to go and what it does. By the way this forum is great and the seach function helped in figureing out the tach and trim wiring, Thanks
