I have an older Minn kota all terrain trolling motor(pre 1996). The variable speed switch on the foot pedal froze up. I tested wire leads to motor and each speed works fine. Here is the problem... The only switch I can find has 6 connectors. Mine has 7.. The seventh pole only goes to the light under the control cover, that leaves 6. I know where the red and battery wires hook up, but which colors(white,yellow,blue,green) go to which connector. the diagram I found on other post shows only yellow and white hooked up. Tried this and Got speed 1,2, 3 went lower than 2, 4 went higher than 2 and 5 went fastest. I know this long but any help would be appreciated.
