1975 evinrude 75hp running on 2 cyl

Hi any help is appreciated.

I have a 75 which will not fire on the top cylinder which I will call cyl 1.
- Compression test shows 120 accross all 3 cyl.
- replaced the coil (no change)
- took the coil from cyl 2 and switched with cyl 1 (no change)
- replaced the spark plugs (no change)
- Ran the engine and confirmed fuel going to each of the 3 carbs, by removing the carb cover.
- On the power pack voltage at all 3 sensors.
- When checking voltage on the power pack for the leads going to the coils there is voltage going to 2 & 3 when the engine is running, no voltage going to cyl 1.

At this point I assume the power pack is defective. has anyone experienced this problem before?

Sounds like a bad power pack. You can confirm by switching the sensor and coil wires between cylinder 1 and 2 and see if #1 comes back to life and #2 is now dead...
