hello,ive 1 1976,65hp,can any member tell me what size battery is noptimum for this engine...thanks piperdog

It depends on your goal.

I saw a guy at the Lake Hanska drags throw everything out of his boat that wasn't needed, including the group 24 battery. He put in a lawn mower battery to start the 250 hp engine.

He won.
