When replacing the impeller, what other seals, washers or gaskets should be replaced?
Is this a pretty straight forward operation on the motor/
I've got the manual and parts catalog.

You should replace the o-ring at the top of the drive shaft. Other than that, you can get away with simply replacing the impeller. If it's been awhile though you might just consider getting a water pump kit and replacing everything that comes with it.
