1972 Sea Charmer?

I am looking at buying a boat which has a decal on the side - SEA CHARMER. It has a Sea Horse next to it. It is a 15 footer. Anybody know anything about this boat or can someone tell me how to ID it? Thanks.

look for HIN on the outside of transom upper starboard side.
