Hello Everyone,
Volvo 270 penta late 1970's. rarely used over the years.
Travelling at cruising speed and something slips. The boat loses all thrust while engine revs up high.
I waited fore a few minutes and tried again.
It was fine til about 10 knots and happened again.
Limped home on kicker motor and havent looked at it again.
Any ideas?
Could it be cone clutch slip?
