I am looking at buying a 1979 Starcraft Supersport 16 with a 1980 or 1981 100hp Evinrude V4. The boat is very clean and well taken care of and the motor looks like it was too the only problem is that the boat hasn't been used in over 2 years. I am wondering what I need to do to get this boat out on the water again, to be on the safe side I already plan on changing the water pump. Also Is it a good idea to spary some kind of oil in the cylinders before the first start up?
