75 hp Mercury Lower Unit

Drained oil out of lower unit to service and noticed the oil was creamy like coffee. Not milky white. The drain screw, vent screw, and fill screw were missing O-rings. Could it be just O-rings or do I have a big problem. Shifts good no noises.

Missing seals can certainly allow water intrusion.
