Hello all , I have a 99 mercury outboard that sat idle for 7 years, removed all three carbs cleaned them good , replaced all three spark plugs , will start fine and idle but after idling for a period of time or trying to put a load on it will bog down and die will restart fine and if you put in neutral will rev good but bogs under load again any help would be greatly appreciated and also is there a setting for the feul mixture screws or should they be adjusted till they run right,,,thankkx again for any help you can provide.
