sea nymph seats

I just bought a used 2004 sea nymph model 1467. It came with 4 swival seats
that seem to lean back to far and scratch the aluminum if sit on them and swival around. I am trying to remove to make some modifications but I have not been able to figure out how to remove. They sit on a square plastic base with a triangular tab you depress to swival. Does anyone have any experience with seat removal? thanks in advance

Post a picture if possible. Then it will be easy to figure out.

I found out the problem. Some of the bolts holding the seats had come loose and were keeping the seats from sliding off. I had to cut the bolts to remove the seats.
