anyone heard of centra boats?

I'm looking at buying a 1994 centra 210 classic and can't find any info on them. Are they a good boat? Has anyone heard of centura before? It's a nice looking boat but I would love to get any info or suggestions.

Glad I paid to have the boat checked out. The mechanic told me it had 2 cracks in the engine block and the transom was rotting severely.
