when i turn the throttle arm when in forward there is no change in rpm past the start position. but when i put it in reverse it will throttle up all the way. was testing it on my boat and barley cruising in forward then all of a sudden the motor revved up full throttle for a few seconds then went back to almost idling with out me changing the throttle position. any help would be very appreciated.
