1994 Procraft 115 Mercury Trim wont lift motor

1994 Procraft 115 Mercury. Trim wont lift or lower motor, electric trim motor runs, but it seems the hydraulic system is not working. can this be re-built and if so where can I get a schematic to help me with this. the dealer wants $1500.00 to replace the whole system. would really like to try another way. Help???

I'm new to forum. I have the same boat. Would you know where I could get a ladder? I had a n accident at the launch.
