i am looking to buy a new boat and am torn between the 2004 253ex deck boat with 5.7merc. and the 2006 248ls v-hull with 5.7 merc. both r brand new with warranty and 0 hours. i am looking for some pros and cons on both boats and also what the top speeds are for both of these that will be my most deciding factor. the boat will be used for alot of watersports and cruising at high speeds. also does anyone know if you can have a thru transom exhaust put on these? all your help is greatly appreciated.
