I have a 97 mercury 25 horse tiller. The shifter mech is jammed up. I can get it into nuetral to start but it is binding up. The handle is not spinning the shaft. I just got the boat and do not know how the linkage is supposed to look. Any advice or pics would be helpful. Just seems this should be fairly common with a fairly easy fix. The problem is definately in the linkage somewhere. Thank you
