88 glastron conroy 19 ft what's it worth?

I got a line on a 1988 glastron conroy 19ft, 3.0 l Mercruiser Alpha one drive decent shape no hour guage sounds good, good power, no ticks, knocks or sounds from engine or leg. Underneath clean and no guoges. Single axle 's trailer, new tires and no brakes. This boat is in Alberta, Canada. What's it worth? I live in Alberta so it's not so bad to get to. Help:confused:

Thanks for the help Pierutrus. There is no doubt that the boat is in average condition, and they are asking way to much. If I could find a Crownline or a Mariah 20ft I would be happy. What has everybody seen?
