Where do I find my capacity plate?

I've got a 1981 Sea Ray 195, and I haven't seen the capacity plate on it. I've casually looked a couple of times, but I haven't seen it anywhere. I understand it's supposed to be within view of the captain's seat, but I dunno where. Anybody know where it is (or is supposed to be)?

Right, so I'm not finding the plate anywhere within sight of the helm. It's a 19.5 footer, so technically, it should have the plate, right? I mean, they usually round up, but isn't it for boats 20' and under?

What length does it say on your registration? That will possibly be your answer right there. :confused:
