fuel ratio and model?

Hi,

I have a Mercury 25HP serial # 0C111083 and I am wondering what year it is and what the fuel/oil ratio should be, also are there replacement manuels available for this model.

It is a 1989 model and the fuel gets mixed 50:1. Click on manuals towards the top of the page.
