Hello friends me gustaria to expose a problem with my outboard motor since the technical alone service sticks blind person's sticks(woods) ..... have a mariner 60cv efi and the thing is that out of the water it works perfectly but this when in the water and it(he,she) has k maple tree it(he,she) forces when it(he,she) comes to 4.000rpm it(he,she) starts whistling and cuts me as if the technical service was passing of returns the problem noncan find aver if someone him(her) to past a little seemed thank you very much

I do not understand most of your post, except that your engine seems to work fine when out of the water and not under load.

Any two-or-more cylinder outboard can seem to run well with no load when only one cylinder is working. This is not an engine running well, it is a very sick engine pretending to run well.

me gustaria exponer un problema con mi fueraborda ya que el servicio tecnico solo pega palos de ciego..... vereis tengo un mariner 60cv efi y la cosa es que fuera del agua funciona perfectamente pero cuando esta en el agua y tiene k acer fuerza cuando llega a 4.000rpm empieza a pitar y me corta como si se pasara de vueltas el servicio tecnico nosabe encontrar el problema aver si alguien le a pasado algo parecido muchas gracias por si sirve de mas ayuda esto me ocurre desde que cambie las bujias

I am the owner of a mariner 60cv efi and apparently it works properly out of water but once into the water it reaches
4000 rpm and begins to beep and cuts off, as it went overspeed. The onboard diagnostics shows as it goes over the allowed
rpms. Technical service does not know how to find the problem. I hope anybody with the same problem as myself couls help me

Just in case it helps, this issue began soon after changing the spark plugs.

It may well be exactly those plugs.If you are running ngks or champions without a z or q in the formula respectevlly you may be recieveing some unwhanted rfi communication from those plugs to the switchbox.
