Best new bow rider deals

Hey guys my brother is looking to buy new. He is looking 19'-22' bowrider.
If any of you guys know a marina looking to blow out end of the summer deals in the north east give me a heads up.
He is looking at a NEW 2007 Stingray 200LX still new on the lot and only $23k with covers, bimini, trailer and teh dealer is telling him the sticker is $31k.

Anything comparable he should be looking at?

Tons of brands; most all are fairly desperate to move product so deals all around. Do a search on "bowriders" or the like and read about brands. Read thru the endless Bayliner vs. XXXXX threads - mixed in there is some legit discussion of quality vs. price.

Just be careful of the "great deal" boat that really is just an underpowered one no one else wants.

20 footer 4.3 L is absolute minimum to me.
