Can anyone tell me if my carbs should have slow speed needle valves or do they just have fixed low speed jets. I installed carb kits because of hard cold starts and rough idle. It does run better now but I think it still could be better. The instruction sheet for the carb kits shows the needle valve so I woundering if mine are missing.
