I've finally gotten this motor running great but the gearcase leaks pretty bad. I was wanting to rebuild it this winter but I've been a little scared off with how many specialized tools it may take. has anyone made any tools to make this chore easier?

You will need the proper tool to remove the upper drive shaft seal, prop shaft seal, and shift rod bushing with it's O-ring.
