have a problem with motor throttling to normal rpm. I can get to 3000 but it normally runs at 5000 so it makes it a little tough to get on plain. I have replaced plugs, fuel filters, fuel, etc. I am trying to get an idea of where I need to go from here before I drop more money. I think the center carb may not be running at full capacity but who knows. Any help would be great.
