rich running '94 200hp carburated

My engine is running very rich (smoking lots on idle and start up). It is oil injected and carburated and a 1994 200hp. Can anyone help! I'm sure there is an adjustment that can be made I just don't know if it has to be made on each carburator or if there is a master screw somewhere?
