Fun Deck swim platforms and Caviation Plate

I have a 2008 Fun Deck 19 foot and am looking to install swim platforms on both sides of the outboard. Does anyone know if Hurricane make platforms for the Fun Deck or have you heard of another company that makes one to go on it..

Also, when I turn I cavitate a lot. I know that other boats with outboards install a cavitation plate that pushes the motor back and even down to stop it. Does anyone know if there is one for a Fun Deck with a 115 Yamaha on it.
