I average between 3 and 4 gallons per hour with my F150 four banger. It's pushing 3800 pounds of 18.5 feet fiberglass. I'm cruising at 3600 to 4200 rpm most of the time.

.
Anywhere from 0.8 to 16 GPH with maximum efficiency at about 4 GPH

My F150 has only been in service for one year and 109 hours. I have not had any exhaust issues other than it bleeding this black soot from the exhaust relief port. I'm told that is not a bad thing, just proof that the ringfree is working.

This motor runs very good and I am pleased in light of a catastrophic failure at fifteen hours. I checked the fuel burn yesterday it it was 2.8 gph. I usually run between 3600 & 4000 rpm pushing a 4400 pound 18.5' Ranger. With me alone, I get 32/34 mph @ 3600 and 38/40 mph @ 4000 rpm. Wot gets me 49/51 mph @ 58-5900 rpm. Not bad I think.

the total weight of the boat (include people, etc) is about 7275.25 pounds.

I am sure that you must understand using the term " fuel ratio" and " four stroke" in the same sentence is highly unusual.
