1996 evinrude v4 loop charged 115

while running this motor at 3/4 speed boat does fine. if i accelerate to full speed boat will run for short time and then the panel lights come on, starts beeping and kills the engine. acts light a low engine oil shutoff but tank is full. hoping someone can tell me what the problem is. had both carburators changed and new vro pump installed which it needed.

Try looking are the line, filter or check value. It almost sounds like at high speed your fuel usage is exceeding your fuel line feed. This will drain your carburetors and kill your engine until your fuel line can resupply your carbs.

Does the primer bulb go flat or get soft? If so, you have a fuel restriction between it and the tank. Check the tank vent and especially the antisiphon valve in the tank
