Wellcraft 23 Coastal, Bad or Good ?

Hi There

I'm considering to buy a Wellcraft 23 Excel Coastal.
The boat is a 96 with a 200 Ocean Pro same year.
Any advice about this rig ?

Also, I'm considering to repower the boat with a 225 Merc Optimax , I found a 30" Shaft in very nice shape . Does the stern suitable to rig a 30" Engine ?
If not , what about a jackplate ?

Any advice, bad or good, on this boat will be really appreciate.
This one is really well equipped with T-top ( canvas ) , full enclosure, trim tabs, eletronics ..etc.

Can't really offer any advice on that particular boat and year, but really love my 29.
