I tried to open the casing to my throttle-lever after hearing a shorting-like crackle from it. The screws were too seized, so I abandoned the idea, but not before giving the unit a good push and shove. Now I get a good turnover, but no spark. Can someone tell me what the circular cap at the front face of the throttle is? It has a lug to turn it, but it doesn't seem to come out. I think it has something to do with the spark plug connection. Very grateful for any responses. Cheers.
