82 Evinrude 140; 84 Evinrude 90 Any Parts Interchangeable

I?m particularly interested in the lower unit (See my previous post titled Clack Clack Clack Clack Bang; What Just Happened. The 90 lower unit has milky oil (signs of water). The 140 is black and shows no signs of water. Can I just change one for the other?

Thanks Dhadley am I going to need the prop from the 90 (13 3/4 X 15) or the prop from the 140 (13 X 19). This is going on the 1963 19ft Welcraft you see as my avatar.
